Our summer rental rates for Somerville Lake House are as follows:

Nightly Rental Rate (2 night minimum):  $225.00+tax per night
Summer special: Stay 4 nights receive 5th night free!
Weekly Rental Rate: $1200.00+tax for a one week stay!

There is a $75.00 cleaning fee if excessive cleaning is required.
